The Burnsville Breakfast Rotary Club welcomed Danny Rubio who is the Exec. Director of the Minnesota Valley YMCA in Burnsville, River Valley YMCA, and the Southdale YMCA. The YMCA is a Rotary Foundation partner with our club which we donate to on a regular basis for the good work that they do for the community. For those that do not know what the YMCA is all about, they are a non-profit organization that helps raise funds to assist people of all ages and backgrounds to benefit from membership, programs, services, and activities. Danny wanted to stress that they are more than “just a gym”, but come alongside families in their area of need providing food, childcare, physical & emotional support, and hope!
