Causes and Remedies of Wrongful Conviction

Eileen has 30-plus years of investigative experience, including 24 years as a special agent with the FBI in Los Angeles and Minneapolis. Eileen’s federal law enforcement experience included work on major white-collar investigations. During her federal law enforcement career Eileen assisted in obtaining criminal convictions on some of the larger Ponzi scheme cases in region. Eileen’s work on the Tom Petters case led to her being awarded as a co-recipient of both the Attorney General’s Distinguished Service Award and the Law Enforcement Officer of the Year.

 

Eileen has a BA from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and an MBA from Pepperdine University. She is also a Certified Fraud Examiner. For the last six years, she has worked for WayPoint, Inc. as a consultant and is a board member with the Innocence Project of Minnesota.
