Club Profile
Burnsville Breakfast Rotary is a member club of Rotary International. Our membership is comprised of people who want to make a difference around the corner and across the globe.
Club members come from many professions, working in areas like small business, engineering, architecture, banking, real estate, high-tech, law, healthcare, non-profits, and state and local government. Some are retired. All are committed to the Rotary ideal of "Service Above Self."
Burnsville Breakfast Rotary was chartered in 1994. "Burnsville" because our members live or work in Burnsville and adjacent communities. "Breakfast" because our regular club meetings are held at 7:00 AM over breakfast (Thursday's at the Chianti Grill off County Road 42). It is one of two Rotary clubs in Burnsville. Our sister club, Burnsville Rotary Club, meets at noon on Mondays at the Burnsville Holiday Inn.
At our weekly meetings we share updates on our projects and our members. We also have a speaker talk for 20-30 minutes. Topics vary, and include community and world needs, civic matters, in addition to general topics of interest to club members.
